J. T. Morris, a graduate of Texas State University, specializes in representing industrial and office/technology transactions throughout Texas with an emphasis on the east Dallas submarket. He began his commercial real estate career brokering industrial transactions in the Houston area where he worked within all facets of commercial real estate including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, investment sales, as well as the design, development and marketing of small business parks.
